Built Right Fitness, operated by Kobe Hooker, is the data controller for the personal information described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect and why

  • Application and intake details — name, email, age, height, weight, training experience, goals and commitment level. Used to assess your application and build your personalized training and nutrition plan (performance of our contract with you).
  • Progress information — check-in photos, measurements and updates you send. Used to track your progress and adjust your plan (performance of our contract).
  • Communications — messages and emails you send us. Used to provide support (legitimate interests).
  • Technical data — IP address, device and basic usage data. Used for security, fraud prevention and improving the site (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who host our site, database and email (subprocessors).
  • Stripe, our payment processor, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers such as legal and accounting, where needed.
  • Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep application and coaching records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email kobehookerfit@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority, and where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information.

We use essential cookies needed to run the site and process checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
