Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to Built Right Fitness, operated by Kobe Hooker ("Built Right Fitness", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our programs and coaching services, you are entering into an agreement with Built Right Fitness and you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

What we provide

Built Right Fitness sells digital fitness coaching services: a 12-week training and nutrition program, and premium 1-on-1 coaching. This includes training plans, workout splits, macro and meal guidance, check-ins, and messaging support as described on this site for the plan you purchase.

Health disclaimer

Our programs are for general fitness and educational purposes and are not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any training or nutrition program. You train at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and safety.

Your account and conduct

  • Provide accurate information in your intake and check-ins, and keep it current.
  • Keep your access credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Do not misuse the service — no unlawful use, fraud, spam, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, or interference with our systems (malware, probing, scraping).
  • Do not share, resell, redistribute, or publish program materials.

Intellectual property

All program content, training plans, documents, video, and branding remain the property of Built Right Fitness. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own personal training within the plan you purchased.

Service level

We work hard to deliver a great experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Results vary from person to person and depend on your own effort, consistency, and circumstances; no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Payment, billing and cancellation

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For eligible transactions, Stripe also handles tax compliance, fraud protection and dispute handling on our behalf. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it.
