12 Week Muscle Building Program
Twelve weeks of personalized training and nutrition built around your body, your schedule, and your equipment — coached by Kobe Hooker, who went from 150 lbs to around 200 lbs lean by staying disciplined and sticking to the plan.
The 12-week roadmap
Weeks 1–4 — Build the base
We set your calorie and macro targets off your real bodyweight, training age, and schedule. You learn the main lifts, hit prescribed rep ranges, and log every session. The goal here is consistency and clean execution, not maxing out.
Weeks 5–8 — Add load
Volume and intensity climb as your lifts and food intake get adjusted off your weekly check-in photos, weight, and measurements. This is where most of the visible size shows up if your training and eating have been on point.
Weeks 9–12 — Sharpen up
We push strength on the main movements, tighten nutrition, and refine weak points so you finish bigger and leaner than you started. You leave with a plan you know how to run on your own.
How nutrition works
- —Calories and macros set to your bodyweight, activity, and goal — no generic templates.
- —Protein targets built around real food you actually eat, with meal guidance and swaps.
- —Adjustments every week based on your scale weight and check-in photos, not guesswork.
- —Simple rules you can run while working, traveling, or eating out.
Proof it works

Three years of disciplined training and eating — the same approach this program is built on. Input equals output.
